Sent my car in for 2nd servicing today. I requested the SA to update the software, strangely, he claimed that the upgrade that I did last January is the latest. There is no new software for my car! The version I have is the US one with Disclaimer on the first page, see how outdated it was. Aiyo, trying to snook me ah. I told him off on the spot, asked him to stop bullshitting and get the software upgraded. I can?t tolerate people who try to take advantage of innocent customers.

My brake squeaks, but the computer says its another 12k Km for front pad change. He told me that the squeak is the first sensor, computer reading is the second. He suggested I change. I asked if that is the case then why the second sensor? Then he said can don?t change, and it will not wear the brake discs. I don?t trust him anymore, his opinion can sway so easily one. Ultimately I ask for the pads to be replaced, on the advice from our resident SA.

Register your interest with your sales person and he/she will invite you for the launch. Thats the best you can hope for. The coupe really looks nice; better than the Caymen. But pictures can decieve; you'll never know till you see the real thing.
you REALLY think its better than a porsche ? my my

Yours a special request is it? We can't manually turn on the reverse cam. It only automatically comes on when put in reverse.

pull out the video input for the camera and connect to any of the other two video inputs, connect a 12VDC rather then the reverse power. switch to that vidoe input. that is.

I can verify that he's telling the truth. Same thing happening to my E60. Don't worry about this one. The squeaks will go away with your brake pads!!!

I know as long as you don't use Video3 you can do that. That's why I said it's a special request. One bad thing is the CCD or CMOS sensor is permanently on.

Mine was squeeling when the computer said they still had 15000km to go. I did a bed in process and the noise went away for maybe 3000km, and they are back; no time to try the bed in process again to see if I could get rid of the noise again.
