The one with two antenna is, I think Edlee. He added a new antenna to the TV Tuner he bought to get better reception. I think he is quite happy with his. What do you say Ed?

 

Mine is a single boosted antenna. Its mounted below the rear bumper. Reception is good compared with the original, but I feel that it can surely be improved further. Channels 5,8 and CNA are good whilst the car is stationary but get fuzzy once on the move. IMO, still not good enough, but for me, this is where I stop spending. I'd prefer to wait for a very much improved TV module to be introduced before diving in again. Anyway, it is VERY UNSAFE to be watching TV and driving at the same time although some might argue that others watch whilst they drive, but believe me; there is a fair bit of distraction.

so which day have we decided, would love to have another go at reaching top speed.this time should be easy with the road paved ahead by 530,545 or m6 cool and lesser wind resistance.

any destination no probs as long as i can really burn carbon, bond and destress with my car.but should we be a bit more discreet on which day to go incase the wrong people up north hijack us.

The last time we went up to Malaka it was 160 on average, thats when we kena chiat by a Malaysian M5. When the roads were clear it will be above 200.

Going east on B road is not ideal because we are not going for jalan jalan, we wanna burn carbon, and expressways are the best place to do that. And there are many buses and lorries on the east, the last time I went up to Desaru on a coach, the driver was speeding and over-taking crossing over the other side of the narrow 2-way road, thus I thought it might be too dangerous for us as we are not familiar with the B roads.

I also think Genting too far, we can go just a *quarter* of the distance for Russo :-) And I also wanna try my GPS. Please go buy Motorola walkie-talkies lah....

But I am on waiting list on the 14th coming back to Singapore leh...

 

Tategoi, get them to cfm and come back quickly. 1/4 of the distance is only Malacca leh; no fun. Lets go somewhere in between then; any suggestions?
