I thought I had posted but it doesnt look like it had worked

I had a similar problem with a Chevy truck

The dealership was changing all the front end parts
but the vibration remained

In the end he asked me to look at it and all the new parts fitted

I thought it was something in the drive chain
I pulled out the transmission and it was the torque converter that had shit itself

Default Tension Struts

Have you had the front Tension struts, Control Arms, and ball joints replaced? Those components are good for about 50k to 70k before they begin to wear. From past experience you want those replaced before they fail completely.

The shaking on my E61 was better on a cooler day than a hot day. The rubber components were less pliable.

The easiest way to tell if they are failing is the presence of oil or a black oily substance that has drained out of the rubber part.
