Default e60 pre LCI angel eye issue

Drivers side angel side doesn't work. Cannot find the problem. Replaces both bulbs and still doesn't work. If anyone could help me find the location of the angel eye relay or if there is one. The passenger side angel eye works but the drivers side does not.

Thanks

Did you check inside the headlight assembly for cracked shielding on wiring. It is very common when having these types of issues.

It’s not the light itself. It has to be somewhere in the wiring. Have you ever heard of having to reset the lcm to fix the problem?

I don't know if you were repeating what I said or making an observation. You're going to have to remove the headlight assembly and look inside to see if the wiring is the issue.

I don't know what the LCM has to do with one side not working.

I’ve already taken the headlight off. The wiring in the headlight is not the issue. I’ve powered the light with external power and it works. The problem I am having is that the angel eye plug in isn’t getting power

Ok got it. Did you put a multimeter on the connector to get to that conclusion. If so you need to get the error codes and post them.
