Hi everyone from Finland

I`m new in this site with a strange problem with my E60 (2003 530d).
It starts very poorly when the engine is cold. Everything is changed, glowing plugs, glowing unit, battery, etc.
After changing the glowing unit, it get bit better. But now, when starting it cold, car smokes much more then earlier.
Does anyone have this same problem? Even I live in Finland and sometimes we have a bit cold weathers, the problem occures even the outside temperature is near 0°C (but under 0°C). The car has quick glow, but when the temperature is "right" glowing symbol appears in the screen. One of my friend has same kind of car, and he hasn`t got the same problem and it`s very unusual that he got that glow symbol in his cars screen.
All ideas would be great.
