One interesting point. BMW Germany has a program going on to incourage former 5 Series owners to move to the 7 Series. So, with that program the 5 is still doing better than the 7. I know it seems like every time I visit the BMW dealer a new 7 is going to be delivered.

Actually I am not surprised of the 5 out selling the E cuz people are really starting to fall in love with the style of the 5
But the 7 vs. the S I am kind of surprised, but may be it has to do with the S design being kind of old
