E60 Oil leak

Hi all
Just need some assistance. I have a 530d e60 2004 and recently have discovered some oil patches on the driveway. Having looked under the car the undertray is also looking rather damp due to this leak. The undertray is extremely damp under the passanger seat. Have taking to an indy and the undertray was taken off but they could not find the source of the leak. But the car is still losing oil from somewhere. Any ideas? Will post some pics soon.

The bottom of my 530d 2004 is also very damp, i think its moisture from stuff like the aircondition. I dont have the aircondiation on when its not needed, its winter now and i haven't noticed the moisture.
