Sorry for reviving. If anyone was wondering, it was a broken optic cable under the dashboard. When I disconnected the main CCC connector, I noticed that one of the cable's core was dark no matter how much light it was getting from the other end. I bypassed that with another cable for testing and MULF works!
What do you know I read your post after all and gave you the correct guidance. This wasn't my first rodeo and definitely will not be my last. Good job finding the issue and getting it to work.
