Hello again everyone , I'm sorry to bother you people with a stupid question regarding the E60 lights switch .. Can anyone tell me please what does pulling towrds you or pushing down the lights switch ( the round knoob ) I can figure it out by myself

Not a stupid question. If I understand your question correctly you are talking about being able to push in or pull out the knob. It doesn't do anything, really just a safety feature so that the switch gets pushed in during an accident rather than your knee taking the blow. Does not affect light function at all.

That is correct,being tall i have knocked it with my knee a few times and pushed it in.its designed to take a knock or two!
