Confirmation that the BMW assist is worth the $250 or so per year... the stolen car recovery for '05 models alone is worth that.

Thank goodness you are OK! Thanks for sharing the story. The car's structural integrity and overall safety are one thing I hope I never need to test, but like to know is there.

The main thing is that you are all OK.
Lives are much more important than cars.
But I guess cars can be important in saving lives.
We should all be very grateful that we are able to drive such safe cars!

WOW! Glad you're ok... ok as in with at least relatively small injuries... Glad BMW makes safe cars. Another really important feature of the car.

It is good to read that you and your passengers are doing well. BMW has built this car like no other car in the past. YOUR safety is the primary function of the car in the event of an accident.
Take care of yourself and keep us posted in regards to the repairs.
FYI, We have repaired many badly damaged E60's since their introducion last year and they are all on the road with their happy owners.

THe E60 is the Car, Now the trouble go getting another, going a day without my car is just not something that I am able to comprehend.
