E60 - Dead!

On my way to my garage this morning at 5am, turned the key on my 04 CPO 530i and it didnt start.
iDrive started to flash and it was displaying - Severe Brake Failure (or something similar).
At every attempt, the xenons would flash and the maintaince would display 60,000
The dash computer (between RPM and Speed meter) was displaying yellow battery icon.
Called BMW this morning to tow it to my dealer.
Had to drive to work in my E90 3er.
Sad....

BMW batteries. Ugh. :thumbsdown: It's been an issue on every BMW I've ever owned (6 of 'em).
I think BMW still makes their own batteries ... and they are not good. I already had mine fail at only 15 months. I'm thinking it's a good idea to replace the battery every two years just to be safe.

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........
My first 550 died the second day I owned it , and it was new !!! 
I think the others are correct, get a new battery .....................
