E60 dash light

E60 dash light
Hi all,
This light keeps coming up on my 2008 525i and i dont know is it bad or not.
It only comes on once the car is turned off and the key is ejected.
Any advice would help

That symbol indicates that your engine oil is at the minimum level. Either top it off or if it's been a while since your last oil change, change it.
That said, if oil change is not needed, you have a leak somewhere.

When you see that in yellow it means low oil, when you see it in red it means low pressure and you need to shut off the engine immediately.
