E60 Coolant system problems

I've actually use this to help solve problems for my BMW but I'm just now making my account I have 07 530 I and I'm having coolant problems of course The chance oil cooler keeps popping off I'm about to change the black plastic part that connects it to the radiator again Is there any other way to solve this problem
