what really sux is that in california if you caught someone redhanded keying your car and you beat the hell out of them, you'll go to prison, and homeboy with the key gets to sue your ass off too. its getting like europe here in cali, become a crime to defend yourself or property.

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
I don't know which part of Europe you're referring to, but at least where I lived (Italy) you could legally shoot even kids who wandered off into your fenced property and get an apology from their families.....

I've come to the realization that all women are crazy... Emotions are a bitch.
I kind of know how you feel.. I walked out of my gf's appartment last year... got in the beast.. looked up and there was footprints on my sunroof.. i think... WTF!?!?!? get out.. look on my hood and some punk walked up my hood onto my room and was standing on my sunroof... I would beat the living piss out of someone if i saw them doing this.. let alone to an M5!!!!
