what really sux is that in california if you caught someone redhanded keying your car and you beat the hell out of them, you'll go to prison, and homeboy with the key gets to sue your ass off too. its getting like europe here in cali, become a crime to defend yourself or property.

I don't know which part of Europe you're referring to, but at least where I lived (Italy) you could legally shoot even kids who wandered off into your fenced property and get an apology from their families.....

WTF!?!?!? get out.. look on my hood and some punk walked up my hood onto my room and was standing on my sunroof...
