The shop that fixed it told me they had to reset the throttle adaptations after wiring In a new throttle body harness.
There was another semi related issue, they mentioned the battery was a 95 amp battery when stock should have been 90amp. Again, the garage used software to reset the battery, If I wanna keep this car I need to get my hands on software it looks like!

If you plan on working on your car if is imperative you have the software to properly diagnose or program/code the car.

I'm sure you're correct, only relaying what the garage told me. Throttle adaptations have to be reset via software.
PO put like 15k miles on the battery after it was "coded" then I put another 10k miles on the battery before this issue appeared which is strange. Haven't had experienced any battery issues outside this TB issue.
seanjordan20 do you have experience using any consumer grade software or advice on which one has good results?

For the softwear I've watched a handful of youtube videos and they always seem to focus on stuff like "set your mirrors to fold when you lock the car!" or "Heres how to turn off a door chime" and other stuff I don't really want. Ideally I would have a code reader that I could reset systems and read codes.
