I have been using Mobil 1 0W40 for the last 75K miles and everything is good thus far. Oil change interval is around 5K miles or 6 months.

For transmission I use Mercon SP available at a Ford dealer. It is way cheaper that Lifeguard 6. Cost around $6/qt. For a change with pan 6 quarts are needed.

For brake fluid I use ATE TYP200 DOT4 available on amazon for $18.50/liter. You will need one liter to do a break system flush.

All other fluids are oem for now.
