Received a phone call yesterday, my car was ready.
Everything has been checked, they haven't found anything that has been damaged and found the missing pieces of the oil filter. The engine has been cleaned and is running smooth.
Haven't driven that much yet but the car seems to drive fine, nothing wrong with it.
