E60 535d 2009 gearbox changed!

Hey guys,

Just had the gearbox swapped and took it for a test but noticed the Rev meter and paddle shift doesn't work

Does the gearbox needs to be programmed?

MPG dial and speedo works perfectly

Unless you're really lucky the gearbox will need to be "coded" to the car.

Unfortunately it's a pretty specialist job. You might find someone on a forum who could do it. Some BMW specialist garages can do it but not all.
