Update: I thought they fixed the problem, but after a heavy downpour this past weekend, the Dynamic drive fault struck again. I pumped out the water and moved the battery cable on the positive terminal so that it does not interfere with the closing of the flap. I tested it while washing the car, it seemed to hold so hopefully this is the end of the problem.

Just as a precaution I have my recovery kit: Plastic pan, hand pump and roll of paper towels (blue ones).
