When driving hard for a certain period on curvy roads, I hear a kind of hydraulic buzzing noise coming from the rear axle. Am I the only one?
Where can it come? Where is the hydraulic pump of the dynamic drive located?
Can it come from the actuator? If so why no noise coming from the front?

I was told the actuator pumps are in the front.
I don't get a buzz but an annoying click from the rear everytime I move my steering just a little.
Try this on a quiet road, drive slow and move your steering 2-3 degrees left and right and you should pick up this clicks. So far I have tested this on 2 E60s with DD and the senior tech at the dealer's even convinced me that it is coming from the DD at the rear by removing the appropriate fuse to de-activate the DD.
