:'( I've been quite about this hoping my dealer would sort it all out in short order. However it has now been 2 weeks and still not fixed. Told me yesterday they called BMWNA to start a case fill for help on resolving this problem. My questions are: 1) Has anyone out there suffered the same problem? and 2) I'm making a pretty good payment on this car that I can't drive, do you think their should be some sort of compensation?

I had that. A 'valve block' was replaced by Shelly BMW in Buena Park, CA.

Where are you located? It's a good idea to input one's location in the Profile.

I have had them but when I restart the car it corrects. They changed my battery and my brake light switch, I just got my car back an hour ago so I don't know if its fixed.
