My Ride: 2005 e60 Titanium grey Auburn premium Sport 6-speed Logic-7 folding rear seats with ski bag Bi-xenon Cold weather package
Speaking to the comfort of driver and passengers, I remember reading somewhere that ARS is more comfortable for rear seat passengers, mitigating the feeling of car-sickness some people get, because of the fact that the rear dosen't roll in a turn, which is more disconcerting for rear seat passengers than front.

In M Sport Suspension there isn't M-diff/LSD ..

Yeah, no LSD, but I just have the general impression that the m-sport suspension handles better since it shares much of it's components from the M5.
