First timer with iDrive here...
Can you use the DVD drive to play DVD media (DVD audio, MP3 files burned to a DVD, etc.)?
Probably a dumb question, but had to ask (rather than inserting a DVD disc and taking any sort of chance with the new car...

You can use it to play an MP3 DVD but I don't think it'll play a DVD audio disc. There are specific instructions on the best settings to use when burning MP3 discs in the FAQ forum...
