Sorry, but no. This one is just a brush-disk, containing some DVD menu and animation while cleaning the lens. No liquids.
If you're really that ready, you will use it. It's designed for that apllication.

you need a new dvd drive for your ccc unit, not a cleaner.
you cannot buy only the drive in the dash. it only comes in a package together with the amplifier (or some module) in the trunk and it's not cheap at all. they quoted me 1.3K EUR for a Business Nav car.

ig you have a look at a CCC unit you will see it is composed mainly of three seperate modules held together with a few screws, and BMW warranty seals all around.
The parts can be ordered seperately.

may i ask what kind of trouble are you in for you to use a lens cleaner, it seems a little early to be using these on our cars...
do you have trouble with mp3 cds/dvds, or audio cds?

Sometimes it says "media not recognized" and only inserting it the second time is starts reading it.

@HAMTT: business navigation is not available in US, but these cars DO NOT HAVE CCC. My car has business navigation and has M-ASK and I am very happy with the choice.

Has anyone used succesfully a DVD Laser Lens Cleaner disk into the E60 DVD slot?
Would it be a good idea to try since no negative reports have come back?

I already tried but did not have time to use so many DVDs and confirm an improvement.
