Yo, there is now in sweden a DVD Deluxepaket, what it means is:
* 2 st Sony display 6,5? build into front headrest
* 2 st wireless headphones
* Sony Playstation 2
This package normaly cost 16.900 kr about 2000 us dollars, now how ever we can get it for only 420 bucks or so, wich sounds cheap to me?
Question is is this something that is worldwide known? Or is this something special for sweden. If not do anyone have any experience with this system, seems like a really good offer that should be worth the small penny once it's time to sell the car?
I wouldt consider it for O 16.900 kr, but for 3.900 kr it sounds like an ok priced options

We have PS2 and screen/headphones for 3 boys aged 4 -6 and long trips out are a dream believe me. Its worth double the price you've been offered for the peace and quiet it provides.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Sounds like a normal BMW Nordic ripoff.
Do you really need the package?
BMW Nordic (including Finland, Sweden, Norway etc.) is now responsible to BMW Ag.
All retailers has to order their cars themselves (franchaising) and will rip you off if you do not have a really nice relationship with your dealer.

since this is a retrofit kit what about the wiring from the screens?????
I imagine you exhange the whole ehad rest for the new one including the screen but what about all the wires from the screen? Do they have to take the back of your front seat apart to do the wires?
Seems like heavy hardcore install
