Push the button once to have less of both.
Push and hold the botton until the warning triangles show up to turn both off completely.
The bad is that you can't leave DSC completely on while turning DTC completely off--so that one can control his or her own wheel spin and not have HP affected by big brother.

You are very welcome. Where does the mag say they use a 1 foot rollout? I can't find it.

You are very welcome. Where does the mag say they use a 1 foot rollout? I can't find it.
[/quote]In the December issue of Road and Track, page 98, Data Panel Specific Terms, Acceleration "...Our accelerations are significantly more aggressive than any prudent street behavior; however, they are devised to be non-abusive of machinery. Last, as is standard NHRA drag-strip procedure, we use a 1 ft. "rollout" in our calculations. That is, the car travels 1 ft. before triggering the clock. (A typical car takes 0.3 second to travel this first foot.)"
In addition, on page 155 under the footnotes to the Road Test Summary, under "Acceleration" they state that "numbers are obtained using drop-clutch starts and lift-throttle shifts." So apparently they don't power shift and abuse the transmission too much...probably less abuse or equal to the abuse you and I would administer.

Hi, is it just me or is the drive much smoother when pressing the DSC button breifly? it seems less jerky and slightly more powerful?? its good anyhow, and i think i will just press it when ever i am going anywhere, wheel spins are soo much easier!
