When I was removing the door upholstery, I dropped it to the floor and ripped the connector for the airbag out. This is the connector in the airbag unit, not the cable.Is it possible to solder this? The connector is just two pins, and I think I've got it in place. The battery was disconnected when this happened, and I didn't connect the battery before I had put the connector back. When I started the car, I got the passenger door-airbag failure. I hope: One of two things has happened, either I haven't got the connector back in place, or the airbag is defective now. Is it safe to solder this back on? Please help! I need answer quickly. Please PM me!
