Just turn the car upside down and shake it until they fall out.

Seriously, I have taken the bottom cover off on my first oil change, I have a strong suspicion your tools will come out with the cover.
It's really not hard once the front end is high enough off the ground.
If you could see it, there is a Craftsman tool which you can buy to retrieve small parts, it's in the Automotive tool section.
