DRL's on pre LCI cars
#31
i did some driving tests and i cannot normally see the angel eyes, just at dusk or if it's raining. AEs look cool, but i don't know if it's worth going to the trouble of installing the orion v2's in order to get them to be visible in daylight...

you can turn on just your angel eyes in a pre-lci, but that's not via idrive or DRL options. you have to turn them on by turning your lights 2 clicks to the right. then only your angel eyes will turn on.

yeah, maybe. i see LCI's driving around and i don't really think much of the AE's in general, so it seems like an expensive mod for what it does. also i'm really used to "modding" being when people increase their engine's power or stereo, the BMW world is a lot different in that it's all lighting and appearance. so, maybe i just have a hard time spending that kind of money/effort on daytime running lights, ya know?
