I forgot to add. When you replace battery, hold the + and - cables on your car for one min before installing new battery. You may just have to reset clock. Radio stations and everything will most likely stay put. If you still have the error take a code reader and clear all codes. It may not pop back up to your surprise. I've had to do this before so it's sound advice.

so where is steering angle sensor located at and can you provide in detail how did you remove and clean it?

I Know this is an old post, how did it turn out? If in case you haven't fixed it yet, Here are some pointers "Most likely issues that can cause Chassis Stabilization Malfunction error include:
  • DSC module and pump,
  • Alternator,
  • Wheel speed sensor,
  • Wiring harness,
  • Brake light switch,
  • Weak battery, " you may find complete details of fixes at youcanic. hope it helps.
