No the dealer did not check my AT fluid yet, have not brought in yet, but I will have them check the AT when I bring in for my first service in a few months. Good news to hear that most of your problem is gone, I wonder what cip version I have being that mine has a manufacture date of 6/06, I may already have the v25.01. I also have plenty of warranty left and I'm on a 3 year lease so I could always just turn in the car and try my luck with another e60 if it really becomes a problem.
