I'm 6' mostly legs and I keep my seat tilted right up with full height, steering wheel pushed right into dash set at its lowest position and sports seat thigh rest out full. Very comfortable.

Hi, 6'7" here and I am comfortable in my 530 with the seat all the way back.
I do wish the steering wheel would come a little closer though, but it all works fine for me.
I also think the 5 has more room for my very long legs than the 7.

At 6'6" I find that if I lower the seat and put it all the way back I have a comfortable position. I rarely have anyone in the back seat, but I can always move my seat up an inch or two to give my passenger enough room. Generally the shortest person in the car sits behind me.
Next time out I plan on getting the comfort seats that allows the seat back to articulate and move the top portion of the seat back closer to the steering wheel.

I'm 6'3" and the seat is nowhere near all the way back. If it were all the way back, I wouldn't be able to fully depress the clutch.
With the driver's seat in my position, I sat in the back and found that I had plenty of room as well.

I'm 6'0". I am happy that I have plenty of leg room. e60 is my first 4 door seden. I used to drive couple only.
