Does your steering wheel move up when you exit car?

Or simply press and hold the start/stop button for a few seconds. All the electronics turn off without that complex sequence.

Mine has always worked fine.

I am pressing the start button twice to turn off electrics but it never raises up. I tried the up/down reset trick while driving this afternoon. It didn't fix it though.
