My Ride: #1: 2004 545i; 6-speed manual; Sport Package; Mystic Blue with a gray leather interior and Anthracite wood; CWP; Logic 7.

I think they have to re-design the center armrest, the door armrests, and the cupholders. They need some concealed cupholders in the center console, and overall they need more flexible storage space instead of the complex and space-killing setup there now. I like the idea of cooling the central compartment (which the current one does), but they need to make it way bigger to make that an interesting feature. The cupholders in the dash now are very bad, and should either be done away with in favor of cupholders in the lower door (some would worry about the safety of having things down near the pedals in an accident, but the current ones would toss things all over the place in an accident, too) or in the center console. The door armrests just need some deeper, firm padding, because my pointy left elbow isn't comfortable there now.

Like minded. The cup holder on the passenger side (in the pulled out position) has caused problems many times while some one trying to get seated.
