Does anyone know which items are covered past the 50k mile mark?

I'm just curious to see if BMW would cover the vacuum pump under warranty, even though i have 66k miles on the car. I have heard certain things are covered past that magic 50k mile mark. Any truth to this? Thanks!

Check your "emissions warranty" - - In the United States some parts are covered beyond 50K miles.

"The Federal Emissions Warranty guidelines are based on federal regulations and apply to vehicles in all 50 states. Vehicles are covered by two types of emissions control system warranty, "Emission Defect Warranty" and "Emissions Performance Warranty". "Certain parts (catalytic converter and electronic emissions controls (PCM) for up to 8 years/80,000 miles. Please refer to your owner's manual for your exact emissions warranty."

In California, the warranty is seven years or 70,000 miles, but it also covers anything necessary to get the car to pass the state's bi-annual emissions test.
