Does any cigarette lighter stay on with the ignition off?

I am trying to charge my crack berry, but I cannot locate a cigarette lighter that stays on all the time. I?m I missing something, or do they all turn on and off with the ignition?

My Ride: 2005 535d M Sport. Carbon Black, Black Leather, Sports Seats, Black Ash, Bluetooth, Auto Lights & Wipers, Navi Pro, Sunroof, Logic7, Anthracite Headlining, Heated Seats, Bi-Xenon�s, Twin DVD screens in the rear hooked up to a 10 disc DVD multi-changer, Clarion Wireless Headphones.
They all get voltage from the ignition, no ignition, no DC power!!

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
Not on the E60. My E46 lighter has power with the ignition off. I have mixed feelings about that. My radar detector shuts off after a period of time of inactivity, but I guess that it would drain the battery if it didn't have that feature.
