For me...

engine oil leak by time cover gasket, valve gasket @ 70k (Leaking since 95k)
water pump @ 75k (replaced at 100k)
thermostat @ 84k (replaced at 100k with water pump)
Secondry Air unit pipe edge broke @ 70k (prior owner replaced)
Crankcase Valve Gasket @ 94k (yep)
Coolant to raditor hose blow out @ 73k (I looked at mine wrong when I replaced my reservoir it broke when replacing the tank) I would replace yours if you have not yet, it is brittle as hell and as mentioned it will break if you look at it wrong.
coolant reservoir leak @ 80k (I did not leave this to chance so I replaced mine at 90k)
Brake booster gone @ 84k (Mine won't hold vacuum overnight)
Transmission Surge issue @ 66k (Not yet)

Thing I'm afraid of is the water pipe under the intake.

My 545 is at 90k miles now and to my knowledge only had to replace the brake booster as it was part of a recall.

Mine is a manual transmission, only owned it for 4 months now and I keep it garaged for the most part.

I did get all the service records from the dealership and I do not believe any of the below issues has surfaced...yet.

Mine had the brake booster replaced before I got the car per the recall. My vacuum pump was recently replaced and I have a gasket that is slowly leaking oil (not enough to add oil between changes, though).
