Try a local machine shop and ask them to fabricate one.

Reminds me of the time I found a front turn signal socket on my E46 was cracked and throwing the lamp light because the bulb was loose. Just out of the 36K warranty at the time. Wrapped the connector in duct tape and held like a champ.

I used to own a Volvo S60 and once accidentally lost (it fell somewhere) a plastic tab that slides into the wiring harness connecting on top of the spark plugs. I used a snap tie to do the job and asked the dealer for a replacement tab. I was told I can not buy the tabs separately and need to pay $1800 to buy the entire harness - even though the tabs may cost less than half a cent!!
