I'm ALWAYS changing lanes and the one-touch turn signal (3 flashes) on BMW's are great. On both my e60 and e85 I always use this feature when changing lanes.
My gf and her family think that I'm a CRAZY driver, but I always use my signals.

I think it is a good question. In Orange County, blinkers may as well not be a factory option. Someone, somewhere knows one or more of these mindless assholes - it would be interesting to see if any are on this forum... admittedly that is.
I ALWAYS use mine, even if I am coming home at 3am and I appear to be the only vehicle around. It's retarded not to.

Well, as stereotypical as it may be, BMW drivers (in the UK at least) do have something of a reputation for not using their blinkers (or indicators as they're called over the pond).

I live in New York City. 'Round here we yell (and sometimes, more than that) at people who "forget" to use their blinkers!!! As a matter of fact, this should be a law: five violations for not using the "indicator" 
and you get your license taken away. I'm sick of people cuttin' in wo blinking! Sick of them! So sick I might feel compelled to kick some non-blinking ass when I see it next time
