Also, what's a good tire sealant? I'm debating between Slime or Ultra Seal.

Have the same issue in 1 tire only. It just happened a few months ago...I think the valve stem is cracked or something. i read one Member found a hairline crack in his wheel. I inspected and did not find anything though. I personlly just keep air in the compressor. i would never use tire sealant.

+1 on not using tire sealant. If you ever need tires replaced, most (if not all shops) will charge extra if you've used tire sealant. Just give your local tire shop a jingle and ask them what their stance on tire sealant is.
