Off... everytime. It bugs the hell out of me when people drive with their fogs on in clear weather.
I occasionally drive a truck for a friend and when i see a muppet with fogs on i play a similar wankers game.... there's very little you can do to out high beam a truck

I don't use them unless it's foggy. Even then I think they are of limited utility. Fog lights light up 10 feet in front of the car which tends to make the driver look just in front of the bumper when he should be looking a couple hundred feet ahead.

You'll get a 50? fine if you drive with your fog lights on.. so no..
