Disconnecting battery for winter storage

I'm going to disconnect the battery on the E60 because I'm storing it for winter. What settings will I lose when I do this? Looking at other threads, I know I will have to reset the clock, anything else?
Also will anything malfunction or operate incorrectly when I reconnect it in the spring?
