Do you mean LSD? (Limited Slip Diff)

There is no OEM Limited Slip Differential (LSD) for the E60.

As far as I know, currently no aftermarket companies have yet to develop an LSD for the E60. Check with Quaife, however, as they were the ones to develop an LSD for the Z8 before anyone else did.

An aftermarket LSD is not cheap. The Quaife unit for the Z8 (which replaced the open differential in that car) was something upwards of USD $3500 plus a core deposit that is refunded to you when you turn in your original differential. You also have to get it installed, which is more money.

Unless you seriously want to track your E60 (which I don't necessarily recommend because, in my very humble opinion, the E60 by its very nature is not the most track ready car nor is it the most tunable), getting an aftermarket LSD is money not well spent.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!
