diesel 530 rear tyre life

My Ride: 2001 BMW 316ti, 2004 BMW 530d, 2006 BMW 530xd, 2013 BMW 320d touring, 2014 BMW 520d touring, 2016 BMW X5, 2020 BMW 320da touring, 2020 BMW 540i

No matter what they say each 15.000 kms i change the front tires with the rear tires and i can assure you that makes a big difference in the life of the tires. I have done that 2 times in my previous set of tires and i got 43.500 kms.
The thing is that in the rear wheels there's lot of power and torque and even with the DSC on the tires spin and wear a lot.
I have the same experience with a 730d (2002).

Result:
Rear tires got only 1 mm to go to the 1.6 mm mark left = almost unlegal
Front tires: lots of mm's left.

After same 15000 kms in winter, I was anxious to see how the winter tires, Nokian Hakkapeliitta Q, 225/55 R 16's are. Surprisingly, there were no clear difference between rear end front, and all tires were in good shape, lots of mm's left.
I find this hard to understand. There's not big difference bitween winter and summertime driving styles and speeds. Rear tires certainly slide a lot more in winter and the rubber is supposed to be softer for better grip. Despite all that, they seem to last 2-3 times longer than Michelins.
I'm not going to buy another set of those. If anyone could recommend some summer tyre, which would last longer, I'd appreciate.

All BMWs I've ever had are eating a lot of tires. It's a well known fact. I've never had a pair of rear tires more than 15000-20000kms.

My Ride: 535d Sport Auto, Born 01/05/05, Delivered 12/06/2005 Carbon Black, Grey Dakota Leather, Visibility Pack - bi-xenons, adaptive headlights and Headlight Wash, High Gloss Shadow Line, Logic 7 HiFi System, Aux plug & 6 CD, M Rear Spoiler.
I must admit rear tyre wear is dependant on your right foot pressure on load pedal,, I have only do 1,500 miles on the E60 so I am not sure how well the run flats are wearing.
On my old E46 330Ci i got 46,000 miles before changing the rear tyres they were down to the wear indicators which was 3mm as per German standard. The fronts were still going strong when I traded in the car at 62,000. I am sure the rears were in excellent shape as well, although I had replaced both due to punctures.
