The darker colors like monaco blue, jet black and the topaz blue metallic that is now not offered always look really good when waxed i used meguiars products and always been very happy. I hear NXT is just amazing.

Then again i hear that synthetic polymers are not good for our cars.
I was studying up on waxes last week before giving my E60 it's first detail....what I read about the synthetic waxes was they weren't too good on German paint, and had a tendency to cloud. Have you seen something that specifically states that they are harmful, or can do damage? I haven't seen anything like that.

It is a sickness!
Yes, but it's a good kind of sickness; hopefully it won't go into remission any time soon.
Looks fantastic!

There is no cure! It is odd but I really enjoy detailing my car. To me it is relaxing.

I had to smile when I read this......very faithfully, every Saturday morning, I get up and wash my car and my wife's Jeep. I spent all day Saturday washing, polishing, waxing.....and I looked forward to it, I enjoyed doing it, and I love looking at the finished product. It does me good to know there are others out there with the same affliction!!
