bruces cables allow you to install oem lci tail lights on a non-lci car, since the harness are different. they are not plug and play. but bruce also offers a version of cables with the ricky effect, as described above.

the depo are plug and play and dont require bruce cables.

Ok. In my case I just installed the depos so if I want the ricky brake affect then I need the Bruce cables

well i'm not sure if bruce makes cables for the depo lights. but if the depo rods are already dimmer than the oem lci rods, they will be even more dim with bruces cables. and only at their full brightness when braking.

installed LM2 on mine, loving the welcome lights - the one time I can actually see the darn rods! At least I can see my angels in reflections of cars in front of me lol

Got mine off Ebay for $125. But make sure you get the right one for yours. If I believe so, there are 2 type of LM2, one with Adaptive headlight, and the other one is not. If you want the Adaptive headlights, its model is LM2 E6X AHL. Non-Adaptive Headlight model is LM2 E6X LWR.

What is your manufactured date? Your car might already have the LM2
