Miss525i, tried that but still have bits left - also have some fluff from the cotton ball stuck to the adhesive.

will try WD-40 now.

There's a thread somewhere that said 3M adhesive remover works well.

this was my method.. WD40 and and some gas.. after you do so polish the area then wax and its like it was never there trust me it worksss.. alot of people will say the gas is a bad to put on paint but actully its used in detailing shops.. cept they call it solvent which is basically a distilled form of gas.. its used to remove tar stops and also to make smooth surfaces for compounding.. but like i said use polish after because you will be left with some swirl marks no mark which theories of our you use..good luck

hey Miss525i - went back and tried BABY LOTION (thicker baby oil) - & used flanelite (baby blanket) - and lots of patience - and it worked.

didn't have to get Petrol nor WD-40
