Data port connection for diagnotics not working
#1
I took my car to a NY State Inspection site and they plugged their computer into the car's data port. They reported that the data port is faulty and not giving a reading. What do you think is involved in repairing this

The dealer tested and everything is fine. Seems the SMG threw off the inspection people. They have to key it in as a manual transmission and they probably entered auto. I'm going to try to get it right trw

Did the car give you errors for having only the rear wheel move and no from wheel movement?
