Dash CD not working Multi changer & DVD are ok

My Ride: 2006 530d, Silver, Pro Sat Nav, Logic 7, 6CD, Black Dakota Memory Seats with heating, Adaptive Xenons, Active Steering with Sports steering wheel, Oscillating Seats, Rear Electric Blind, Rear side blinds, Rear airbags, Dark Popular High Gloss, Folding Auto Dimming Mirrors, High Gloss Shadowline,
I had this happen under warranty 2 months back, and they said that they replaced the dash CD,
Ive been on holiday for 4 weeks, and got back and now the CD is greyed out, everything else works ok
Anyone had this?
